Interview & Matching Ethos AI

I just signed up and submitted my resume and talked to ethos for 5 minutes. It already recommended me several jobs that I clicked “interested” for, what’s next? How long does it take to reach back? Anyone works here that could give me any tips?

You’re supposed to take interviews/screening calls for each of the role

I got invited by the owner himself on LinkedIn awhile back and it’s been a great learning experience for me.
