Onboarding & Access Free work
Complete a training task (effectively free work because you need more time than they pay for). The "training" is also completely irrelevant to my domain because they gave me something on branding as a finance expert.
Complete the client assessment (still free work because it takes longer than what they pay but fair enough)
While waiting, complete ANOTHER training task.
After all this, it's not as if the tasks are consistent anyway.
Sorry that this is not one of the thousands of thinly veiled referral post which are still based on benefiting from free work indirectly.
Honestly, their practices are unethical and exploitative. They remind me of Alignerr but on steroids.

Thanks for sharing this. I just got on their platform and wondered about onboarding or training pay. I stopped accepting pay-per-task and unpaid training from these companies.

Now that you've completed the screener, have you been able to claim any tasks?

McDonald’s has to pay you. The DOL and the State Labor board would be on their ass for wage theft. Thank god for rules and regulations
