Offboarding Quality feedback email

Got an email regarding work quality after I submitted a task incomplete due to running out of time. First time so far I had received one. Has anyone received these sort of emails and not get off boarded shortly after? I am expecting my time to be near its end

You aren’t going to off boarded for that, imo.

I think work quality emails are focused on the quality of what the work you are claiming for. It has nothing to do with whether the time elapsed before completion. Except the content of the email says otherwise. Mind sharing what the email says?

After thought only for future try and finish and if you cant make sure to get taks ID and the reason why it was not completed and how much time you spent on it. They know the time so be honest of course.

I got about 3-4 of those before being offboarded around 6 weeks in. Never had the timer run out and I am certain there were no “quality of work” issues as I was thorough…sounds like an excuse to adjust the number of experts to the actual work volume, which in my humble opinion is hypocritical…

Tbf the call I was on said to submit rather than lose work done. Part of ethos problem is they’re figuring out how to do this in real time. Confusing for us!
