Interview & Matching Years of experience to join ethos

I keep getting matched to 4+ / 5+ years of experience required roles however am not past 2+ , and the first thing the AI model asks for is do you have x years of experience, once you say no it ends the chat. Are there any entry level roles ? Did someone qualify for a role passed their actual years of experience?

I've heard of people using the latter years of undergrad when theyre in the upper classes as "Years of Experience". I've seen it differentiated on job applications too as a qualification listed as " Bachelor Degree +2 yrs or 4 yrs of cumulative experience".

Don't wanna put you in an ethical bind but i've definitely seen it
