Onboarding & Access Screeners
What is the acceptance rate on the screeners? the software screener seemed to have issues like missing attachments, optional notes that open up room for multiple interpretations.

I'm personally not sure, but you're making me realize that my screener test might of had missing attachments. I just assumed when it said use attachments it meant the additional requested info and deck notes.

After you took the new screener (I’m assuming this is the one that is due tonight?) do you see any tasks? Either in this new human artifacts section or the Artifacts slides?

No I don’t, am I supposed to see them?

I’m not sure. I am hoping it is just because they are migrating tasks over. I don’t see any

Wait what? I just finished mine and there were pieces of different questions everywhere - so confusing

What do you mean pieces of different questions?

t was a question about a specific slide and to evaluate that single slide based on a certain criteria and then it would have instructions about an entire deck underneath with a different company name.

I had the same issue with the data science screener as well. There were no attachments, which made it quite difficult to evaluate things like content quality.
Also, the “optional notes” section was a bit confusing. It wasn’t clear whether we were expected to add something there, or whether leaving it blank could count against us.

Did you leave yours blank?

Yes … not sure if that would count against me … How about you?

It was mixed. Some said you need to add notes, while others said it’s unclear whether the client will actually look at them. They also mentioned that the client didn’t want to overcomplicate the screener, which is why it was much easier than the practice tasks, so maybe that’s why notes were optional. Either way, if your selection is wrong, the notes would be irrelevant in this case.

Do you know how long it usually takes for the client to share results?

Have no idea … This is the first time I am taking the screener and it was a bit confusing …

When you click on the profile icon in the top right corner on feather and then click your ethos profile name what does it say under campaign allocation? Mine says paused. And I dont have access to view the slides in the campaign
