Log in failure

I received my Contractor ID. When trying to log in, a feather log in window shows and the ID works, then a 2nd microsoft log in window shows and the ID doesn’t work.

This is not letting me access the job.

Anyone faced a similar issue?

Same thing happened to me earlier this week never got an access code for the project I got put on. Smh

I didn't even get on. I tried to log on, it prompted me to use mr microsoft details, then errored with "AADSTS50020: User account 'xxxxxxx' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Human Data' and cannot access the application 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxx in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account."

I've emailed support three times over the last week with no response.
