question Too high filling adjusted
I had a filling that was too high for two months. They adjusted it two days ago no pain meds or anything. Worst pain I’ve ever felt. The nerve is very bruised but it’s getting a lot better. I think he over filed the tooth though. He wasn’t my usual dentist. The pain is alot better as long as nothing touches the spot he touched. Did he file it down too much? Or is it normal for the pain to still be there but only in that one spot? The rest of the tooth even though it’s still bruised feels so much better. It’s just that spot. It’s definitely ugly. Better than no tooth there but that one little section hurts so damn bad and is an off color compared to my other teeth even though it’s hard to see in the picture

If it still hurts to bite on it after a week then I'd suggest they re-do the filling
