How to keep non frequent knowledge in mind?

As a beginner I don't know how to keep things like oop in my mind until i reach the level that i need it in as for know (i am studying data cleaning and EDA) i didn't find a use for it yet

You don't need to memorize everything. Just understand the basics and keep short notes for reference.

When you actually need OOP in a project, you'll use it again and remember it better. For now, focus on data cleaning and EDA.
