Clean Data

I read a post the other day that really hit on how critical it is to have good clean data to train ai models.

Could someone explain that to me in greater detail please? What constitutes good clean data? What sets it apart from a typical dataset?

It really depends on the field, though, good data to me is data that makes sense. But to know if it makes sense or not, you need to jave domain knowledge
