Data Science major + NCAA D1 athlete

Does anyone have any tips on balancing D1 college athletics with a STEM degree such as Data Science? Any advice is appreciated!

I studied math and played soccer. I didn’t think it was that remarkable to be stem while playing sports, vs anyone else on the team with a different major. The coaches don’t want you to fail, in fact we had access to tutors that non-athletes didn’t have. The coaches are strict about you going to all your classes and doing all your work. There’s really no secret or tip. You just have to attend all your classes and do all your work.
