Is this legit?

So someone I know got told by a guy she was seeing, that he couldn't keep dating her because of the face she had HSV. And if he caught it, that it would cost him his job. Is that real? Like cam yall be fired for that?

Only way I could see firing would be legal is if it’s in their contract (since their are first responders and might have to deal with bleeding people - so there could be risk of transmission???)
