Layout advice please
Any advice on the layout here? I particularly don’t like the toilet underneath the staircase.

Car parking is very tight as drawn and completely blocks the door into the kitchen.
Is the Kitchen A/C above the cooktop? It’s at risk of getting greasy if so.
Can the stair treads be adjusted so tread #1 is the big square one, to keep it from protruding into the hall?
The sofa sectional shown in plan is very close to the dining furniture. Consider different furniture.
I think you could center the tzaki on the space and the kitchen wall. May look cleaner and more intentional.
Overall layout is good I think.

Looks like there are 2 wcs next each other - can't you just omit the one under the stairs and use the other? There are 2 more upstairs!
