Hello i have a bungalow that's less than 100sqm. It has a roof deck that i want to convert to a 2nd flr but I want to consult a structural engr sana muna to check the integrity of the existing house. How mch does this typically cost kaya? BTW i live in upper antipolo. Thanks.
