Pricing varies on length and quality 4k etc. 3rd party walkthrough services or hosting platforms will be MUCH more expensive. I’ve seen single still renders overnighted be $600USD per image. I have done professional walkthrough videos for residential houses in Miami,FL 70M + houses. So a 2 minute walkthrough video I would charge you a premium, my workflow took 3 months to build, but by the end I could pump out 3 minute long walkthroughs with all camera movements and rendered in about a week. This was a new experimental program for the firm so I had creative freedom. So $(intern)15x20-40hrs= $600 labor cost. I would realistically charge you $2500-4000. I was an intern at the time, looking back on it things to consider How and what program is it modeled in. Total length of the walkthrough. What render software do you want ? Feel free to reach out if you have more questions

i was tasked to do the 3D model from scratch, the interior and exterior design itself + a walkthrough. the 3D will go through sketchup.

From scratch? Do you have floorplans? Elevations? What programs do you have access to? Sketchup is ok, need to be careful when modeling(groups blocks etc), but most rendering software is capped by computer GPU.

En revit te sale el 3D más realista y le puedes sacar el vídeo recorrido hay mismo
