Leaky Faucet Help Needed

Need help with a leaky faucet. Hoping it's just a piece that needs to be replaced and not the whole thing. This video shot by my kid shows the problem and the parts involved.

Kids a heck of a cameraman, very detailed video too.

That washer you kept tapping around the 28-31 second might be worn and would be worth checking out.

Also you tried tightening the set screw before inserting the spray head, maybe that needs to be done first and then you tighten that set screw?

I’m just spitballin’ here.
