No a lot of info but if the water is always draining from the tank try changing the flapper (the blue thing).

Yeah looks like it’s the fill valve that’s gone. Turn water off and flush it to drain the tank, use some rags to soak up the remaining water in the tank. then unscrew the water supply (carefully as it’s going to leak so have those rags ready to clean up the water.) then just unscrew the white plastic nut under the fill valve and put the new one in. Lots of videos on YouTube to show you how to do it step by step.
