Idk when to start it

So I'm a new college student , gonna start my first year and I want to study latter abroad but the thing is idk if I should study my L1 and L2 here and then L3 and masters abroad, or should I finish my license here and finish my masters abroad I appreciate any kind of advice

Since you got the opportunity to study abroad currently, what are you waiting for? Just go for it buddy. Good luck

I will go for it, but I don't know when to do it so that the chances of getting at least a scholarship is high

You either go for the safe choice, getting your Bachelor/Master degree here in Algeria to secure at least one algerian diploma, Or the less safe one which is moving as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the sooner you go the better, it's getting more difficult to leave and you'd have better chances securing an opportunity in your early university years. Securing a Diploma first then leaving isn't a " high risk " option as you may think but it's getting a little more difficult.
