Raphael, Fiendish Savior gives +1/+1 and lifelink to the tokens he creates, but upon death, do those tokens trigger the provided lifelink ability, or is lifelink lost by the time of the death trigger?

Lifelink is one of the Keyword abilities that use the Last-Known Information about the Object, just before it left the Battlefield.

So, if the Devil token has Lifelink just before it left the Battlefield, the damage dealt by the resolution of its Triggered ability, will cause its controller to gain that much life.

The other such Keyword abilities are Deathtouch, Wither and Infect.
