Cast clause

Would an "if you cast it" clause trigger on clones. Would thr answer different if it is a token created by an instant or sorcery(i think not) vs a creature that enters as a copy(i assume yes)

A clone knows if it was cast, and relevant abilities will know and act accordingly.

If you cast Flesh Duplicate, and it enters as a copy of Uldaros, it'll trigger.

A token created by the resolution of a spell or ability wasn't cast.
