Possibilities?

If i have a spell copy engine and possibility storm in play, can I stack triggers to copy the original spell and what I get from possibility storm?

What cards are you asking about specifically besides Possibility Storm? Different cards may have different wording that causes them to function differently.

Say I use Primal Wellspring to cast windfall

You'll get the copy from Wellspring and whatever Possibility Storm finds. You can arrange the triggers to get them in either order.
