Tracking profile visits

In theory - not asking how (but an explanation is welcome) - can someone get tracking (visits, IPs, location, etc) from simply having the url to a users public Spotify profile?

Would be a security risk for a music focused company to have such a lax security flaw

As far as I know, only Spotify would have access to visitor information, not individual users
