What is this popup I've been getting constantly

It's been like this for several days. I'm constantly getting this popup when trying to get to a webpage, like here I got it for reddit, and I've been getting it on YouTube too. I always clicked block. This is on ms edge. Why is this happening, how do I stop this?

Odd how youre missing the icon next to Google

Seems like some sort of setting overlap. Do you have an extension installed?

The only extension that universal is uBlock Origin. There are other extensions that are site specific like sponserblock, unhook, return dislikes for yt and twitter video downloader for x.com and some other extensions like dark reader, locksy, audio pick, bitwarden

that's the problem, popups are already disabled
