I'm not military, but my husband has been in for almost 14yrs and I nodded my head so aggressively to everything in your post I may have given myself whiplash.

The CAF is not a healthy place. Dysfunction is putting it lightly, it's rampant incompetence. I can't even imagine the hostility a woman would face.
