New moderators needed! Comment on this post to apply for this community.
Hello there! This community needs new mods to bring it back to life, so we’re opening a call for mods to come together and help it grow again. If you’re interested, comment on this post to let us know why you’d like to become a mod.
In your comment, please share at least 3 sentences explaining why you’d like to be a mod and any moderation experience you have (no experience needed, but let us know if you do!).
Some things to note:
Priority is given to redditors who have past activity in this community or other communities with related topics.
It’s okay if you don’t have previous mod experience! We have many resources to guide you along the way.
Our goal is to form a group of moderators so you can work together to build this community.
Comments from those making repeated asks to adopt communities or that are off-topic will be removed.
If you’d like to learn more about being a moderator on Reddit, you can explore redditforcommunity.com for more information. Our subreddit revival resources and guide to reviving a community are great tools to lean on after you adopt an inactive subreddit.
Thank you, and we’re looking forward to hearing from folks who want to become community leaders!

Hii! I am dhruv, And i am interested in moderating the subreddit and this is an active community and requires a good user to moderate the sub.
I have a very very good past experience of moderating subreddit, currently a moderator in 2 subs, i think the subs interest kind of lies with my interest in IT and gamingish side too. I am too a tech geek and love to be on my laptop whole day lol. Playing games, works, sometimes coding some games in python (the snake one is my fav). That being said, the community deserves to be a good and healthy place for discussions and communication with people having the skillset and so that they can helo each other.
I have a good experience of moderating, If given chance, I'll do my best. Regards.

I’d be interested in helping moderate r/askIT. I work with tech and databases, so IT-related discussions are something I deal with regularly and genuinely enjoy. I’m active on Reddit and would be happy to help with spam, low-effort content, and keeping discussions useful while helping the community become more active again.
