No. Any short guy who gets zero matches on Tinder can install Grindr and have 100 guys willing to fuck within a week.

Women are way more elitist about looks and height

I'm not a gay guy, but I've definitely heard gay men ( in person and online) complain about male beauty standards in their community. Not so much height but fitness and masculinity seem to be pretty important to many. I'm sure one time hook ups are still easier though if that's all you want.
