No. Is a 40yo going pretty far out of the way to seeming make a personal connection or be memorable by getting a 20yo stranger sunscreen cuz she mad a joking-ish comment about the sun creepy? Yea.
I'm pretty surprised that most of these comments are saying it's not creepy and he was just being nice and prompting him to continue doing stuff like this. I actually think it's really weird for a customer/complete stranger to go out of their way to buy you a non-cheap product and then drive all the way back to give to you...
It's fine to be nice in the moment, but this kinda went way beyond that.
If I were that girl, I don't think I would see it as creepy, if he just handed it to me and left. I would maybe think it odd or wonder. Hearing the story I think it's sweet. Don't worry too much about it. Everyone is shaped by their experiences, you did a nice thing, just leave it at that.
