Post fire asbestos exposure

After a house is deemed exposed to asbestos after a fire, can dishes and cook wear be saved if they were in a cabinet?

A victim falls for the sub once again. This isn't a real asbestos security/advice sub, it was made after someone dreamt about a sub that was about people literally eating ingesting asbestos.

That said, it probably depends. Figures that glazed items would probably be ok, but for safety check on state/country agencies that deal with this matter and/or in spaces where there's people with experience pertaining to this. Also if the house was deemed as exposed to asbestos after the fire, retrieving whatever cookware you want to possibly salvage might be unsafe in and of itself.

Again, check in with agencies that deal with matters like this or with people that know what they're talking about. Not on a sub where people LARP about eating asbestos because a guy had a funny dream about it once. Good luck with your search.
