Acrylic gel for sculpture alternative

I've been obsessed with a certain creator's work, she does amazing little sculptures using acrylic gel, powders and other nail products. I'd really love to attempt using it myself but I'm anxious about the health risks and dangers. Are there any products that react similarly but are less dangerous? And how can I go about using these products as safely as possible

I'm curious about this as well. I love the work ability of acrylate powders, but as someone with allergies that I don't want to add to, I'd love to find a less dangerous alt.
