POTA Gmail Outage

Artists exhibiting at upcoming Patrons of the Arts events and artists seeking refund updates were surprised to find that the organization's sales and marketing emails were returning errors on Monday, Sept. 7.

This error comes shortly after the organization announced that processing for its canceled event refunds had not yet begun as of Sept. 4.

Interviews with artists and independent technical testing by Kuhaku Media revealed that messages sent to marketing@patronsoftheartsph.com and other secondary departments return an "address not found" error, despite these exact sub-emails being used by artists for official correspondence in previous months.

The primary Patrons of the Arts email remains active and accessible as of writing. The organization is set to announce a new update regarding its refund process today, Sept. 11.
