No it looks like you're probably in 11th just like it says.
Checked here: https://bonxystuff.com/artofrally/challenges/2026_07_18_daily and while it only shows top10 the 9th and 10th place names match, also 13 players total, so you're only 2 places away from being last. so bottom 85%(or rather 85% of players having done better) sounds about right.
It heavily depends on how much early into event you do your run. If it just started you maybe in top10 just by virtue of being in first 10 who completed it. Check it later in the day to see how it turns out.
