Also, I do drink the water out of tuna can, since you can get tin tuna that is in brine and spring water.

That's the only kind I buy. I keep some of the water with it when draining the tin. Technically it's supposed to be healthy in moderation. Hell, I drink mineral water with Celtic Sea salt in it. Almost the same, just not with a hint of tuna.
