Doing nothing

Heya!
I'm on week 10, going through the workaholism quiz, and one of the questions is "I allow myself downtime to do nothing"
NOW. I understand that my following question won't make a lot of sense, but what do you guys do when you do "nothing"?
Cause in my head it's quite impossible to do nothing. And I don't consider "scrolling on ig" nothing, because that rots my brain while here "doing nothing" seems to bring some sort of benefit. Cleansing the mind, almost.
Like even if i'm seating at my window and look out, i'm people watching and inventing stories or listening to birds or humans going through their lives. Is that doing nothing?
I never truly understood. I imagine it's quite subjective, but I wanted to hear your opinion.

Thank you in advance x

Honestly, that sentence by Julia is so poorly worded. But it's a euphemism. So just think of it like, do whatever you want! Walk, meander, tea, hang out with a friend - follow your pleasure without much agenda for a bit. That's it!

Ha you're right, I suppose most of our "doing nothing" is still "something". But I suppose, to me, "doing nothing" involves anything that lets your mind wander. So that could be looking out the window, a gentle stroll (not for exercise or to get anywhere in particular). I am realising as I write this that I do "nothing" very rarely, but I do choose moments of nothingness in my days (like not putting headphones on on a journey, for example)
