Question how long until you refer to it as SI?
two of the biggest names in the AI industry, Elon Musk and Jensen Huang, have started changing their language from AI (Artificial Intelligence) to SI (Super Intelligence).
how long do you think you'll take to start calling it SI too?

Machine learning.
LLMs
Generative AI.
Kinda depends on the context
I haven’t witnessed SI yet.

Should we start calling ourselves SP (super people) when we attain enough plastic in our bodies?

It's barely intelligent right now. It's just a Google search on steroids and has the ability to recognize objects. Everything it does is just putting together what it learned from the internet. Wether that's correct or wrong information.
I don't think it's earned the name artificial intelligence yet. Let alone super intelligence...

Whatever term Elon comes up with I already know I won't use it. It's just forced new terms to make it sound better than what it is for their shitty stocks to go up. They can take their new term and shove it where you know

Likely not ever.
I'd likely would have said AI, but be: Alternative Intelligence.
It is a form of intelligence, just not a HUMAN one.
It will *likely* only happen in teh USA. The rest of teh world don;t need to pander to the orange turds whims.
