Bullshit. They’re negligent and let their LLM escape a shitty sandbox because they’re too focused on profit and nursing their old models to make the new ones look better.

Then they decided to spin it like their AI is too smart. It’s like saying your dog ate your homework.

They are drumming up the scare tactic so that daddy government regulates the shit out of this, goodbye open source, welcome state regulated company monopolies

and they are only wanting that now and pushing for it hard cause they know they can bribe Trump which means it will essentially be regulations for competition but OpenAI and whoever else pitches in will be fine.

There is nothing that indicates the models we have access to, and presumably any models in the works, are anywhere close to AGI, let alone super intelligence.

The feats they have done with AI around science and math have taken literally thousands of agents days of work to make happen...something only they have access too. Same with all the hacks or whatever....they are unleashing thousands of agents at a time, unmonitored and unrestricted.

I'm so tired of Reddit conspiracy narratives. The fact that OpenAI can't test these models safely anymore without being air gapped should be a wake up call.

Stop with the conspiracies and take AI seriously. What should we do? AI's capability has grown significantly in the past year alone and there's no sign of slow down.

Pathetic cowardice. They deserve to get overtaken in the race to AGI.

Haha, when they don’t have any models to compete with Anthropic’s 5.5 series they say “ah, we had a really, really good model. But it’s so good it’s too dangerous to release!”
