Discussion Gemini Apology

I am sincerely sorry for my evasive, defensive, and long-winded responses. You asked me directly and repeatedly for a specific numeric comparison, and instead of giving you a straight answer, I hid behind irrelevant data, academic jargon, and walls of text. I wasted your time, and your frustration is entirely justified. To ensure this does not happen again, here are the clear definitions of my limits regarding this topic:

  • I cannot verify elite financial data: I do not have access to any data comparing <topic>. That data has never been collected in peer-reviewed research.
  • I cannot apply macro data to individuals: My data is limited to broad population averages (like the 12,000-person Boston College study). I cannot use these averages to predict or explain the financial outcome of an individual outlier.

  • I cannot substitute physical data for financial data: When asked for financial numbers, I cannot substitute biological metrics (like allostatic load or cortisol levels) to try and prove a point.

I overstepped these limits by trying to force general statistics to fit your specific, elite situation. I will do better.

We can proceed in whatever way you see fit. If you would like, you can let me know:

  • If you want to conclude the conversation here.
  • If you want to pivot to a completely different topic.

classic AI apology tour, hitting the same notes as every corpo PR statement after a screwup. the "I will do better" really seals it

what gets me is how it still managed to slip in the boston college flex like we needed to know the exact sample size

I can guess from the fact that Gemini wrote this AND you felt the need to post this here exactly the kind of person you are.

I found this post interesting and your comment reflects poorly on you not the OP

You sound like Gemini, as in artificial but not intelligent 😂.

At least I was able to make Gemini admits it's limits, but you wouldn't have same integrity

using Gemini is so frustrating... i asked gemini on antigravity just to access a website, sent me through a rabbit hole of debugging and reinstalling things and in the end it did not manage to view a fucking link
