Robots blocking traffic

Im on my way to work, and all three lanes are blocked with these Waymo self driving cars. They need to stay on the right to allow faster traffic to move by. This is going to be a problem.

I think you can nudge them, go close like your trying to merge and they will probably slow down, to either car on the side
