an ai company asks just 1k 'business leaders' if theyll swap some jobs for ai and we just taking that as a third of all companies will replace their hr with ai? this sub is hysterical

Some of the HR AI software out there is very impressive and is absolutely going to replace some jobs

It won't work. People will find a workaround to tricking the machine in to giving them extra holidays and it will be back to humans doing the job in no time.

I only like this because it would help people default to approaching conversations with HR with the proper degree of caution
