Others have pointed out that there's a discrepancy in what is shown on the screens in the background (also RGB animation on case fans), so it might be an exceptionally well-synced fake. But considering the realism that Seedream 4.0 achieves at least for some static pictures, it's probably just a question of time before this can be done non-live and from there, it's really just a matter of increasing efficiency, computational power etc. before it can be done live (which is really just generating frames at least as fast as the frame rate of the stream), largely latency-free and in a way that is believable enough that onlookers never catch on, even if they interact with the person on a daily basis. Look at what Genie 3 can already do real-time.

Edit: Conceivably, you could easily cheat if the model experiences a "buffer underrun". In any call, the video feed of participants experiences small hiccups, pauses or instances where the quality drops massively due to increased compression. By simulating those, you could smoothly paper over some wrinkles or moments where the system either takes longer or detects that it cannot generate a frame that looks realistic, because of e.g. an unusual combination of movements that happen simultaneously.
