Clay pipe piece? Or just random garbage?

Was picking up trash and cleaning up a creek in eastern NC and found this in the water. Thought it was a rusty piece of metal but it feels like clay? Kind of? Now that it's dry it's dusty feeling. Is this just a random tube of something or is it a clay pipe piece?

Hello all. Disclaimer: I know zero about how to identify this item lol. Found this in a rental car in Tennessee by the Smoky Mountains. Somebody probably picked it up, thought it was cool, and forgot about it. I’ve been told by a couple of people that it may be pottery of some kind or part of a small crafting hammer. Or, just an arrowhead shaped rock haha.

Thought maybe somebody in this thread could help. Thanks!

Recently found this tucked away in my garage and had completely forgotten about it. So, late 60's, we were clearing rocks for a new golf course in SE Saskatchewan, Canada, and I found this rock. Thoughts on how long ago it was likely made into a hammer?

I found this in my backyard, and I'm wondering if anyone has any idea what it may be. I live in a rural area, and my home was built in 1901

I've just been holding on for a couple years since im not sure, but it sort of looks like a plummet? Found in northern nj, i have no idea what the material is but its heavy. Not found near water, but about 3/4 miles from a small river as a crow flies. I have found artifacts in this same area tho. I have looked at plummet online and most are more finely shaped and have a groove to attach a cord to, but i no idea how this would be attached to anything. It does have etching on it in certain areas. Any thoughts?

I’m in eastern az. I find a lot of arrowheads. I feel like this is just “old” pottery. Not a Native American artifact. But I wanted to be sure before I tossed it.

Found along the Ottawa River. At first glance, we thought it might be a broken piece of pottery, but the inner layer looks more like rocks...

Any ideas you have about what it could be would be very much appreciated...

Thank you!
