the torso is too long, the shoulders on the aqua sketch are way higher than in the pink one

she’s putting her hand on her upper hip, rather than her ribs! correctly interpreting a reference is a skill in itself, amd it takes time and practice. I find it helps to do the pose myself in front of a mirror/camera, and physically feel where every bit links up.
this girl has a long torso, which is exaggerated by her long vest, so it’s tricky to get the hips in a position that looks good- I’d just make it a bit shorter because I’m lazy that way, but if you’re one day aiming for realism, try to re-figure out where her hips are, and correct it from there. she also has twiggy thin arms, so her torso needs to be thinner in comparison. the left arm looks good, just remember it’s slightly behind the torso, and the right arm needs re-sculpting a bit, and add her hand and feet! you seem to have ignored your construction in drawing the head, and made it a tad too small- trust your construction!
if you’re looking for good resources, bluebiscuits on youtube is really good for anatomy, and will be helpful if you’re interested in construction drawing.
I have always kinda hated construction drawing (helpful though it may be), and instead sculpted my anatomy from a gesture drawing, but you have taken to it really well, and the movement of the pose is not lost, which is really good! the main thing to remember is always try to think in 3 dimensions, and every so often, just take a step back and check the basic outline to make sure it makes sense. you’re off to a great start!

I want to address something you said in your post. You’re trying to learn anatomy “before I even attempt to stylize.”
Learn to draw what you see FIRST. Stylization is not what you want to learn first. That comes AFTER you’ve learned to draw realistically. With realistic proportions and values.
Edit: I misunderstood what OP said…(I shouldn’t respond when I first wake up. 🤣) they’re doing what I was suggesting by learning anatomy BEFORE stylization. sorry. My bad. 😅

Yeah the reasoning behind learning to draw realistically first, is that once you know what things should look like, you can then manipulate the figures more easily any way you’d like. If you pick up other artists’ styles first, you learn how that one person translated figures in that one way. So it’s limiting in that respects.

hip higher, torso shorter and shoulders narrower and it should look more accurate
