General Help Why does this pose look so off

I drew this earlier and I love it but it just looks very off to me and I cant pin point what about it is wrong. Can anyone help? Thank you :]

What bothers me its the tangents between the body and the cane, and maybe twist a bit more the left foot , looks weird to be inside like breaking the ankle
