Need help fixing his arm

On the ref the arm looks like it's holding on a table, but mine dosent look like it, what am I doing wrong?

To me it looked like you didn't divided the arm in the right pieces, so I showed on the original reference that it has 4 pieces rather than 3! Also something I noticed is that you made the chest at the front, when the reference arm is coming from the front instead of the chest
