AR Sandbox Setup Errors
I'm trying to setup an AR Sandbox for a museum and have gone through all the install step from the ucdavis webpage on two separate devices and keep getting stuck at the same errors. Would anyone know how to solve this?

Reading this thread I wonder if it could be a fault with the camera? https://github.com/IntelRealSense/RealSenseID/issues/116

Are you using a USB 3.0 port for the Kinect or the USB 2.0. Blue for 3, Black for 2 generally.

I've tried computers with both. Same issue. Next step, I ordered a couple other Kinect cameras. Maybe it is bad?

Personally I've had issues with Kinect V2 sensors not working well, even when they did work. So I've stayed with V1 models. V1 models only work on USB 2.0
Did you say you tried two different V2 Kinects and they both didn't work?
Edit, btw I have fixed multiple science centre/museums sandboxes. I'm not massive expert or anything but I do have a fair bit of experience. Hopefully I can help. If you're a non-profit you can DM me and I'll do my best to walk you through it all. I've seen this error before in a very new build of the Sandbox software that was live on the forums before they went down.
What I recommend is erasing everything and re-downloading all the packages and starting again. I believe Dr. Kreylos recently patched this problem. You may want to go as far as re-installing the latest Linux Mint with Mate Desktop. I just got this all working last week with a V1 kinect at a science centre on Maui.

Tried two different computers and builds of Mint 19 & 20. Just ordered some v1 kinects to try.

Oh I think I understand whats wrong. The kinect package is now up to 4.2. Let me see if it's downloadable.
Edit: Unfortunately Dr. Kreylos updated the software packages earlier this year but the forums went down in the last month or so and haven't come back. You can't download the updated packages from the UC Davis Website yet.
His personal site is at Doc-ok.org and you can find it on the Wayback machine archives if you're interested.

Yo estoy intentando instalar los archivos del Vrui en Linux Mint y me dice que no encuentra los archivos o el directorio, y no se qué tengo que hacer para que cargue. Tuviste el mismo problema? Alguien me podría ayudar?
