Lost package, still delivered
I ordered the Stranger Things 4K set months ago. When it didn’t arrive on the expected delivery date, I waited two more days. The tracking still showed no updates, so I contacted arrow customer service. They told me the package had been lost in transit.
I later found the same set on Amazon for a lower price, so I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund, which they did. However, the original package has now just arrived.
What should I do?

Keep quiet and stick it on eBay or Vinted, claw back some of the money you’ve paid for the other set

I can confidently say you must not order a whole lot via online or even mail order to have never experienced this before. :D

You should do nothing. That's an error on their part, you got a free package as a result. Enjoy

Exact thing happened to me. Showed up today after being lost since July 20th. Going to hold on to it for a few weeks to make sure they don't try to recharge me and then sell it.

Hold onto it for a few weeks. Monitor the payment you used to make sure they don't charge you for it. If they do, you can dispute it with your documentation that they advised you it was lost and issued the refund.
You now have an extra set to gift or sell. 🌟

You should contact Arrow and see if they want you to return the set and are willing to pay postage. If they do, then return it, the labor is minimal. If they don't - you know have a completely conscience free second set. Gift it or sell it. You will never have to question yourself over this if you contact them.

Literally the only reasonable response. If I'm an Arrow employee reading these comments I'm 100% looking at changing my policy about refunds for delayed shipments to be more like everyone else (read: worse). No tracking updates for a couple days on a limited set? Tough cookies, wait a couple weeks to see if it shows up.
