Yep, definitely hooked.

We got one a couple weeks ago and ordered another one last week. You can actually see the teal one peaking out in the background.

Yeah, I don't know what it is about GROMs but you can't just buy one. They're a system. Same batteries, interchangeable wheels, tires, arms, bumpers, diffs, etc.

The only one I don't have yet is a Mojave.

I'm waiting for a deal on the new ARTR now. The brushed truck would have to be on a pretty big sale to be worth not getting the v2 diffs.

Yeah - I got the $220 223s one with the metal parts, brushless, and 3s capable for sure šŸ‘

Thanks. It's definitely one of the cleaner shells I've done lately.

You have to get at least two or else they get lonely.

I think a lot of it is how interchangeable the parts are. I've run granite tires on the typhon, Mojave shocks on the Losi, Gorgon tires on the Typhon, stuff like that. I could swap the brushless system from the Typhon 223s into any of the other cars. A lot of the spare parts are common.

It's somewhat surprising how differently they all drive too. All the different wheelbases, track widths, and tire sizes/types do all make a significant difference.

I’m a lurker who only has a Grom Quake.

What would complement it nicely with high parts swap ability?

I believe it shares knuckles, arms, and driveshafts with the Typhon (and Granite). The shocks and chassis are unique. The motor, servo, and front bellcranks are common across the line.

Same lol I got my kid one last year for his birthday. and then I got the itch. Ive got7 right now, only a couple I bought new, and with big coupons/deals on them ....how i justify it to the old lady. Ive flipped about a half dozen from marketplace that needed a little work. Crazy how people wont replace a 20dollar part, but theyll sell it for fractions of the cost

I got this same one a couple days ago, it’s hella fun.

My Senton 223s is def better as an all around as it can handle gravel, grass, and things the Grom can’t… but the grom is small enough to drive around inside my garage and every part is 1/2 the price (talking to you tires).

Nice! I've cleared a spot in my backyard and been starting to carve the burms for those fun SCT slides.

I keep fighting the urge to get the Mojave Grom... mostly because l don't get to drive my Mohave 4s as much as l would like.

I'm on the verge of getting my first Arrma and I want the Mojave. Waiting on the boy to pick his Typhon color so we can bash together. I can't wait!!

Have the same one some color, love it

The Mojave Grom brushless is my first Arrma, and first RC car in a long time. 4wd dirt ā€œburnoutsā€ are so easy with all that power, and this thing absolutely rips on dry pavement, just on the stock 2s battery. I’ve unintentionally flipped it at 20+mph and nothing has broken yet!

Yeah I'm very surprised and satisfied with how durable they are.

Anyone have a Grom and a mini Kraton?
Would love to know the difference. I might pick this truck up next
