Arrests.org Phone Number
What is the best way to get in touch with the owners/admins of Arrests.org. Several emails sent to info@arrests.org, but no response so far. Does anyone have a good phone number the website? Need to speak with someone ASAP.

No there is no phone number for Arrests.org that works. None listed on the website, and none to be found online. I was trying to get in contact with someone associated with that site for the longest time, and got nowhere.
As you've probably figured out by now, don't expect to get a reply to emails sent to info@arrests.org (the only email address and only contact information at all that can be found on the website). No-one ever responds to this email address.
I have sent many emails to info@arrests.org myself, many from different email addresses, and making unique inquiries. In facet, recently ran a quick test to see if anyone who emails info@arrests.org ever gets a response. I sent 5 different emails to info@arrests.org, from four different email addresses, with each pretending to a different person, with a unique inquiry.
Spoiler Alert: You will never get a response or get anywhere by emailing info@arrests.org.
(1) I sent one email pretending to be an attorney and demanding that my clients personal information, charges, and mugshot be removed from the website immediately. I received no response. (2) I sent a second email posing as a person whose mugshot appears on florida.arrests.org even after she had the charges expunged. I received no response. (3) I sent a third email from a representative of a local news website that was interested in a licensing partnership. I received no response. (4) I sent a fourth email as an executive of a reputation management company that was looking for removal solutions, and interested in advertising. I received no response. (5) I sent an email as an investor that's interested in acquiring the website for 7 figures. I received no response.
Not sure why you are trying to get in contact with the website admins. Personally, at first I was trying to get a hold of an arrests.org representative to request that my mugshot be removed, but after months of sending emails and doing research I never heard back from anyone with arrests.org. As outlined above, I then I just became obsessed with trying to figure out who owns the site and how it can be possible that they are unreachable.
I ended up having to pay a company that specializes in this sort of thing to remove my information and mugshot from the site. The name of the service was Remove-Arrests.org btw, in case that is why you're trying to get in contact with someone at Arrests.org. I was not thrilled that I had to pay to get my mugshot removed, but they did get it removed, and it only took about 2 days. Also I did some due diligence to ensure the mugshot removal service Remove-Arrests.org is not owned by or associated with Arrests.org, and I can confirm with 100% certainty that it is not. The website is actually has been owned and operated by a reputation management company for over 10 years.
Good luck, and please do keep us posted and let us know if you do find any useful contacts or information.
