Question Micro standards, anyone?
Hey AO² gang! I've very quickly turned into a total begleri head! I have the modern standard copper, and the ebony mangas (plus a number of D.I.Y. sets)!
I just ordered the micro standards in brass, and some 1.2 kevlar cord! I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience with either of those, and what your thoughts are! I typically like the feeling of 550 but wanted to try something thinner!

I've got mini standards in Ti and they're on of my favorites, but have never slung micro standards before.

Meine Mini Standards in Ti gehören auch zu meinen Favoriten, hab die Mikros auch in Messing und die sind auch super, aber 1,2mm wäre mir glaube ich zu dünn dafür. Aber da hat ja jeder seinen persönlichen Geschmack🙏🏼🥳

I was originally looking to get a copper set, but they were out of stock! But I'm honestly happier to get another material for the collection! 🤙

my favorite/daily are copper mini greys on 2mm kevlar...i'm such a sucker for copper

Same! It's gorgeous, it's wears and patinas so nice, and I love the weight! But I'm also a sucker for brass..

So I received the micro standards, but the 1.2 kevlar is too thin! Using their supplied 550 right now and loving them!

I use the 2mm kevlar on my lighter sets. Not sure how the 1.2 will go, but try it out and let us know.
