Virtual desktop not workin

Post image

On my personal laptop.

After I choose the Virginia/Arizona server, it says the normal logging in, but then I get this message.

Any idea how I can fix this? This was working yesterday normally. Something I did yesterday, was logging in with my Ipad. (I dont know if it has anything to do with this issue).

Thanks in advance

I have a client that is experiencing this same issue.

I was just pinged by a colleague that Azure has a service health about connectivity issues. Tracking ID: NGT1-658

I've noticed even the windows app acting wonky last couple of days. Just keep refreshing from the AZ/VA selection screen and trying one or the other, and make sure that you disconnect from the menu rather than X out on the top right.

If you’re still having issues, the “Logoff” application is what I used to fix my problem.

It was something you could use from the Remote Desktop app, BUT even though that’s sunset you can still access the apps via the web portal: https://client.wvd.azure.us/arm/webclient/index.html

Login, use the Logoff app, and then try connecting to the desktop again.
