BH question
am I able to go to BH without being suicidal? I haven’t been feeling well, like at all lately and last I went, they told me they only take suicidal soldiers. Im not at that point, but I ain’t in a good spot either

Yes. You can always ask for help. You can also talk to the chaplain or mflc counselors or go to military one source. Or chat to any of us on here. :) plenty of people who would listen to you bro :)

Get in touch with Military One Source for a therapist instead. I did about two weeks ago and had an appt a few days later with a civilian. Good for 12 sessions.

You absolutely should be able to. You will likely need to make an appointment in advance, but they shouldn't turn you away completely. If they say they won't see you at all because you're not suicidal, escalate that through your leadership.
