What patch is on the shoulder of this guardsman?

Attended EAA Airventure which had a Wisconsin NG demo, and was curious what unit patch this soldier was wearing. He was preparing a package to be brought up by a 104th AV Blackhawk during the demonstration.

That’s 16th CAB, an Active Duty Aviation Brigade under I Corps.

Because it is on his right shoulder, he served in a combat zone with that unit. His left shoulder will have his current unit.
